When it comes to purchasing your Fighting Films Kit, finding the right size is crucial for a comfortable and effective fit. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend using your height as a starting point. This will help you narrow down the options and find the perfect fit for your needs.
Superstar 750 Judogi:
If you're considering our Superstar 750 kit, we suggest going 1/2 a size down based on your height. This kit is available in a Standard Fit (S/F), which is suitable for most customers. However, if you have a heavier build, we recommend opting for the Large Fit (L/F) kit for a more comfortable fit.
Superstar 650 Judogi:
Our Superstar 650 kit is specifically built for individuals who are smaller framed with a slimmer build, as well as those who are light for their height, such as teenagers. This kit is tailored to provide a snug fit and optimal performance for individuals with these characteristics.
Superstar Classic Judogi, Red Label Judogi & Other Kits:
For our other Kit ranges, choosing a size based on your height is the best approach. Simply refer to our size guide and select the size that corresponds to your height range. This will ensure that you have a kit that fits well and allows for a full range of motion during your judo practice.
However, if you find yourself in between sizes, we recommend considering your frame build as the deciding factor. If you have a lighter frame or build, it's advisable to go down to the nearest size. This will provide a more snug and secure fit. On the other hand, if you have a heavier frame or build, going up to the nearest size will ensure a comfortable fit without any restrictions.
